Total price is $1095 for the package. This covers transportation of person on motor coach and transportation of sled on semi truck, plus a 5 night stay in a hotel.

You will be invoiced on the day of registration for a deposit of $250 per person. The balance will be billed to your credit card 30 days before the trip departs. Your registration is cancellable up to 60 days before the trip leaves, and $150 of the deposit will be refunded. $100 of the deposit is considered a cancellation fee and will not be refunded.

Food and fuel in sled is at the individual's expense.

You will receive an e-mail for confirmation with travel details. Our service department staff will help you find what high altitude changes are needed for your sled(s).
