We will ride in southern Montana and northern Idaho on day trips leaving and returning to West Yellowstone every evening. This area has hundreds and hundreds of miles of groomed and marked trails. There are thousands of acres for open riding in the valleys and in the mountains.

Ride your own sled! You already own a sled why rent one? With the proper adjustments to your sled for higher altitude riding you can explore this area on any snowmobile, long track sleds are not necessary. Short track sleds will not perform on the big powder mountains like a mountain sled but there is still more riding to be explored in this area. The riding opportunities are diverse enough that any rider on any sled can find enjoyable riding regardless of skill level.

Planet Powersports staff will lead a guided ride from town every morning. Follow the group or ride on your own, it's your choice. Planet staff will also give a presentation and handbook on the bus trip to provide every rider with a basic overview of snowmobiling do's and don'ts in the Montana and Idaho area. Local guides are available for more adventuresome excursions.

Enjoy the beautiful scenery in this winter wonderland. Groomed trails in this area will take us to mountain tops with spectacular views. Woods riding, mountain riding, valley riding, riding alongside fast moving rivers, and waterfalls are some of the nature we will encounter. Every step of the way is unforgettable; make sure you bring your camera.

Your sled will be transported on our semi trucks and will be at the motel door ready to ride when you arrive. You need not worry about loading or unloading. You will ride with the rest of our group on a chartered motor coach. Coach will stop for meals. There is a restroom on the coach. Enjoy meeting new friends on the trip.
